Awareness Through Movement
I offer group classes for people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or wanting to refine their movement for performance or sport. These lessons provide a process for the ‘thinking person’ (aka overthinker!). They help you understand your own patterns and habits, but not through your mind or logic – through movement. Why? So you can move exactly the way you wish.
I offer bespoke group lessons to small groups, such as therapists, hospitality staff, librarians, healthcare workers, corporates, tradies, new parents. Feldenkrais is the perfect ‘don’t sweat and you can wear your regular clothes’ method to do during the day for a few weeks in a row, or a workshop to get more embodied and connect better with yourself – and therefore your colleagues and clients. Water Studio
4-week short courses at Flow Yoga starting 22 April. Come to the Water Studio for its calming ambience.
