Lesson TIMEs FOR EVERYONE & ALL OVER

Awareness Through Movement

I offer group classes, to work with people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or wanting to refine their movement for performance or sport. These lessons provide a process for the ‘thinking person’ (aka overthinker!). They help you understand your own patterns and habits, but not through your mind or logic – through movement. Why? So you can move exactly the way you wish.

Water Studio

I run 7-week terms at Flow Yoga starting March 2026. Come to the Water Studio for its calming ambience.
Classes are koha (suggested $15 per lesson)
